Weblio beta

Weblio logo I've just discovered Weblio, an online Japanese meta-dictionary with a cheesy name, which includes results from over 200 dictionaries and encyclopedias. Yup, that's two hundred. The site has a bit a bare-bones look, but there's some serious power under the hood if you click around and try a couple of queries. Fast response time is another plus point. And there's a thesaurus too.

The site provides instructions how to add this fine service to your browser's search box. I don't know if it's going to replace my Eijiro install, but so far, I like it a lot.
